Thomas is a graduate of Bowling Green University, Bowling Green, Ohio and with post graduate study at PUC The Catholic University of São Paulo, Brazil, Administration in Finance from FACAMP The Faculdade de Campinas, Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil and Environmental Liability from METROCAMP The Metropolitan University of Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil.
